Laser Show

Saturday night we went to the laser show. It was the first time for both kids and we figured it wouldn't be too busy because of the Georgia game starting at 7 that night. It was crowded but not too bad at all and the weather was PERFECT. We packed snacks and sandwiches, and I learned how much Parker loves ham and cheese sandwiches because he wolfed his down, and just relaxed for about an hour until the show started. Mya immediately found some friends that were playing on the lawn to go play with and she had a really good time. We stopped at home depot on the way there so that we could buy glow sticks for the kids instead of paying $10 for one we got 2 for $3. Mya loved hers and ran around dancing to the music of the laser show throwing her glow stick everywhere. She kept saying how cool it was. Parker on the other hand wasn't too sure what to think. He sat plastered in my lap staring blankly at the mountain (admittedly it was late). Every time the fireworks would go off I would cover his ears so he didn't freak out. But no crying and we had a good time. Parker stayed awake until we got home, past 11:00 but was in a great mood the whole time. He even got out of the car at Gaga's and threw the ball around to Tonka some and ate some cheeze its (we borrowed her truck so that we could all ride together).
