Last night Mya and Jessie came home with us and we had a McDonald's picnic and then went on a wagon adventure through the yard and then went on a walk. I took this picture and just loved it. It captures both of the kids personalities perfectly lol. Mya being goofy and Parker worrying about his milk hahaha. Hilarious!

The Many Faces of Parker Chase Morrow

Last night we were eating some McDonalds and I had my camera out and took some pictures of Parker. I was so amused by all the different faces he made in a matter of just 5 minutes. This kid cracks me up!

Beautiful Day and Aunt Jess'!!!

Yesterday I left my camera with Aunt Jess' when I dropped Parker off before going to work and asked her to take some pictures of their day.

Then it was outside/water time. So Jessie changed him into his bathing suit. Note the wet hair, Mya was worried his head was hot so she wet it for him lol!! Oh yeah, and also note where is sippy cup is, floating in the bucket of water haha!




They are both such water babies!! Mya curled up on the deck under a bench with her "PayPay" and covered up with her "B".

Parker's 1st BIG BOOBOO

On Saturday I went to a friend of mines baby shower. I called Steven on my way home to tell him I was headed that way. When he picked up I heard Parker whining in the background so I asked him what was wrong with him. He said "oh he fell and scratched his face a little bit outside". I didn't think much of it until I walked in the door and saw what had happened to my POOR LITTLE BABY BOY!!! I must admit I FREAKED out...started crying and screaming at Steven. I was under the impression that Steven had let him walk down the driveway (which I told him NOT to let him do), so I was ticked that he got hurt doing something I specifically did not want him doing. Well, after my ranting and raving (poor Steven), I finally understood that Parker was literally just standing still, bent over to pick up a ball, lost his balance and fell face first over the ball onto his face. So now, not only did I feel bad for Parker, I felt bad for Steven too. I know he would NEVER EVER want anything to happen to Parker, and he felt bad about it, and I handled it very poorly (AGAIN STEVEN IM SORRY lol). Anyways, this is the day after it happened. The first day his nose was very "raw" looking and he had scratches all over his forehead. Yesterday when I took this pic, his forehead looked much better and his nose had started to scab up already.

Just thought I'd share a few pics of my lil superhero!! Parker got these pj's for his birthday and of course Steven could not WAIT to get them on him lol. They have a cape and everything. (I'm pretty sure this is the reason Steven wanted kids...this and the toys lol).

Easter Sunday

So, following our big party day on Saturday, we had a very nice Easter that we got to spend with our family. I got up and met Mom and Jessie at church. Then we went and spent the day at Mom and Randy's. We took the moonwalk from Parker's party, had lots of yummy food (ham, broccoli and rice casserole, hash brown casserole, potato salad, blackeye peas, a cake and a pumpkin pie), an easter egg hunt for the adults (momma gave us some new sandals!!), an egg hunt for the kiddos, and then we colored some easter eggs. It was a beautiful day outside, and we stayed pretty much all day and didn't get home until about 7:30.

Parker's Big Birthday Bash!

So yesterday (April 11th, 2009...exactly one year from the day we brought Parker home from the hospital)we had Parker's BIG BIRTHDAY bash for his first birthday :) We rented a moonwalk, water table, easter egg hunt, pinata, lots of food (hotdogs, chips/dips, cheese and crackers, pickles, goldfish, pretzels, velveta dip and chips, etc etc), LOTS of friends (I think we had about 50 people come with about 15 children, and LOTS AND LOTS of fun!! Thanks to everyone who came, we really are very lucky to have so many friends and family in our lives whom we love so much!
