Reb Lobster

Parker's first Red Lobster experience. I received a gift card from my boss for Christmas for Red Lobster, and we had today off, so we decided to go ahead and go out to lunch. Parker loved all of the fish that were everywhere, he even would stop server's that would walk by and point and yell FISH FISH! He also spent a good 20 minutes in front of the lobster tank talking to them and pointing and staring in complete fascination.

Opening New Doors

The day after Christmas Parker decided he was old enough to start opening doors throughout the house. He opened the door to our bathroom about 50 times and shut it and did it all over again squealing and clapping and laughing at himself. Boy oh boy are we in for it now!

Christmas Day at Gaga and Grandpa Randy's

After Santa time, we loaded up and went to Mom's house for our final Christmas day festivities. We had a great brunch with lots of yummy food and then exchanged gifts. I got alot of new appliances: HUGE George Foreman, blender, digital crockpot, and toaster. Also I got a new outfit, and a bluetooth. Steven got a bunch of stuff that he will need in his truck when he goes over the road for a period of time and an outfit as well. Parker got some cars and toys but also a hand made toybox for his playroom!!

Steven and I put Parker down for a nap around 1:30 and let him sleep for a while. We stayed over there until about 7 and then headed home to put all our presents away and get started putting them to good use. We were very blessed this year as we always are.

Christmas Morning 2009

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!! Parker woke up about 8:30 am and we loved on him and kissed on him and told him that Santa Claus came to visit him. I have it on video that I will post as well, but when we walked downstairs his face was pure excitement. The feeling of watching your child be that happy and joyful is the best feeling in the entire world, and what makes me fall in love over and over again with my sweet little blessing from God, but also with being a parent. It literally makes you forget all of the tough and trying times, and you are filled with pure and utter joy. What a great Christmas gift for Mommy and Daddy.

Christmas Eve at Grandma Pat's

After leaving Steven's families Christmas festivities we went to my Grandma Pat's house next and spent time with her and my dad or as the kids call him PopPop. We had some wine, ate some good food and exchanged gifts. It was a very nice evening.

They were coloring Grandma Pat a picture

I'm pretty sure Mya did not want Parker touching the pens, can you tell?

My sister <3

I asked her if I could take a picture of her, and this is what she did. Totally faking it.
