I can't believe that its already been four months since I went through that indescribable experience known as childbirth!! I look back at pictures from when Parker was first born and its unbelievable how much hes changed already, and I can't even imagine how much he will change from here on out. He truely does amaze me every single day, and his precious little self literally melts my heart. I can't even begin to explain what my heart holds for that little boy. I just look at him in awe a lot of the time and just can't believe that he came from me...I mean if there was ever proof that God existed, a baby is definately that proof!
Anyways, enough of my gooshieness!! His stats at his appointment! He weighed in at 16lbs 15 oz which was in the 90th percentil. Then his height, was 26 3/4 inches, the 97th percentile!! HAHA!! They had to measure him on a piece of paper which they said they don't usually have to do until their 6 mth appt. And his head measured at 43cm, which is the 75th percentile...so they said he is proportioned perfectly! He had no lag in his head, could push up and look around while on his belly...and he even turned over for the doc from back to front on the table...she was pretty amazed by that...she said she doesnt usually see that until their 6 months appt...from front to back yeah, but she said they use more muscles going the other way...plus when she walked in he was sitting up by himself (with my hands behind him of course!) and she said that was good too!!
Then he got his shots, and gossssssh do I hate that!! He was smiling away at the nurse :( then he got this horrified look on his face and started SCREAMMMMING!! But once I picked him up, he rubbed his cute face on my shoulder and then layed his head down. By the time we were checking out, he was smiling at the ladies behind the counter. He never

ON THE MOVE!!!
This morning when Steven went to get Parker out of his bed, he was on his TUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hes been trying for a few weeks now, and he rolled over a few times at Aunt Jessie's yesterday. I cant believe hes already rolling over fromhis back to his belly! What a big boy!! He really likes to curl up on his side to sleep (this is exactly how I like to sleep!)
My poor little man!
This past week has been so sad for little Parker! He developed a really bad rash underneath his neck and Steven and I did some research and thought it was just heat rash in combination with drool being on his neck from teething. Well after a few days of it not clearing up (we tried vaseline, powder, just keeping it clean and nothing worked). So on Tuesday, Steven took him to the doctor (I was at a meeting for starting up an in home daycare in Atlanta! YAY!) and apparently he has EXTREMELY dry skin, a heat rash AND a YEAST INFECTION under his neck!! WHAT!! I felt horrible! After two days of steriod cream on his body, cortaid cream on his face, anti yeast cream on his neck and lotion everywhere...hes back to his soft baby skin thank GOODNESS!!
Myrtle Beach Trip!!!
What a blast we had in Myrtle Beach!! The only bad thing was that the trip was toooooo short! Parker was a dream baby :) he slept on the beach, LOVED watching the waves, and swimming in the pool he really really loved :) It was kind of nerve racking being away from home with him, but he did amazing, and the only time he was fussy was at night when he got extremely tired bc he hadnt slept all dang day long!
Mya LOVED the pool! She said nothing but, beach...pool...beach...pool!

Sleepin at the pool :)

Sleeping in the car on the way home

On the pier and Mya fishing :) (she wanted to jump through the side to swim! AHH!)

My boys while Steven fished and Parker sitting up!

First time seeing the ocean!
