Boy, do I have my hands full...and I blame it all on Steven's genetics! Monday night Parker and I got home and started our nightly routine. We went upstairs and let Dixie out, then I opened the front door to let her go out and use the bathroom. I always close the door, but don't shut it all the way so that Dixie can get back in. She always runs back in TWO seconds after she uses the bathroom. So, I'm unloading Parker's bag and his lunch box, and I see Dixie run past me to her food bowl and I think to myself..."hmmm, Parker has been quiet a GOOD 45 seconds or so, which isn't normal for him". I precede to walk into the livingroom to see the front door standing WIDE OPEN!!!!! My heart literally stopped and I ran to the front door thinking that he had fallen off the porch, or had somehow already made it to the street. Nope, there he was, standing in the bushes (still not sure how he made it off the front porch without seriously hurting himself), and he looked at me and started laughing!! UGHHHHH! Now I see how people say, "I only turned my back for a second"...its SO possible!
So, after I calmed down from that, I started cooking dinner. I was grilling some fish out on the deck, and making skillet onions and potatos inside. I ran in from the grill to stir the potatos and turned back around and THIS IS WHAT I SEE!!!!!!!!

THE KID HAS LEARNED HOW TO CLIMB FROM THE FLOOR ONTO THE TABLE (WITHOUT MAKING ANY NOISE!)!!!!!!!! So, for the past two days, everytime I turn around I'm pulling him off of something. Coffee table, end tables, desk, his playroom table, and finally the dryer. By far I think the dryer might be his favorite of all, bc he shuts the door on himself and starts cracking up...definately NOT afraid of the dark.

But he is so dang cute isn't he??? hahahhaa
